During concept testing, the project took a big turn. User feedback showed they weren't interested in downloading more apps. As a result, I changed the plan to make it an additional feature in an existing online grocery app, instead of creating a new app.

The main theme discovered is that users place a high importance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. However, they also find it challenging and overwhelming, particularly when navigating grocery aisles and dealing with the overload of products and information.
Understanding the main flows
I conducted user tests using a mid-fidelity prototype to understand the correct execution of the main task and to grasp important features and functionalities.
Overall, user testing highlights the need to simplify the prototype, improve the onboarding experience, and provide better user guidance and support, focusing on clarity, efficiency, and user-friendliness.
